    Can I increase the number of guests?
    A

    The number of beds, amenities, tableware, and other facilities are prepared for a maximum capacity of 5 persons, but up to 10 persons can be accommodated by bringing in their own items. However, we cannot increase the number of beds, amenities, tableware and other facilities depends on the number of the guests. Please bring your own item that will be a shortage.

    Can I check-in before the time?
    A

    You cannot check-in before the time. The earliest check in time is 3pm.

    I don’t know how to open the key.
    A

    Before the stay, we will send you Key Numbers and Procedures in e-mail. After you arrive, please check key numbers and procedures and open the door please. Also, please be assured that detailed instructions are posted inside the mailbox next to the entrance

    Do you offer an Internet connection?
    A

    The signal is not reaching some carriers near the Villa. We provide free Wi-Fi service (StarLink) and external telephone line. There are also telephones in outside and inside and at the entrance for use in case of emergencies.

    Where can I check-in?
    A

    There is a tablet on the counter next to the entrance. Please touch the tablet and enter the information. We recommend that you enter your My Page before your stay so that you can check in smoothly.

    Can I stay with Pets?
    A

    No. Staying with your pets is not allowed.

    What amenities do you offer?
    A

    Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, toothbrush, face towel, bath towel and hair dryer for 5 persons.

    Do bears appear?
    A

    Around the Villa, there are no reports of bear sightings around the Villa. However, the Villa is surrounded by mountains and we cannot say you will not encounter bears and other wild animals. As a counter-measures to be taken as a Villa, we mow the grass to not create a hiding place for animals, and we also prepare bear-bell.
    If you have any other countermeasures that you feel are necessary, please prepare them.

    Do monkeys appear?

    There are many wild animals including monkeys. We take measures such as mowing the grass and other. During the stay, please do not leave any foods or trash in outside. And if any wild animals and monkeys appears, do not go near them.

    Is there any restaurant around the Villa?
    A

    There is no restaurant and convenience store around the Villa. Please travel by car or public transportation, and enjoy shopping and food in the Ono City.
    We recommend to buy foods in “Michi no Eki Arashima no Sato” next to the Arashima IC before check-in. They have a large selection of local products from Ono City and Fukui Prefecture.
